Responsibilities:
- Verify condition of used motorcycles listed on the platform
- Take detailed photos and create comprehensive inspection reports
- Travel within city to inspect bikes at sellers' locations
- Provide professional and friendly service to our users

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a bike mechanic or similar role
- Must own a motorcycle with valid license

Responsibilities:
- Reply to user inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely manner
- Help sellers post listings correctly and optimize their ads
- Assist buyers with questions about motorcycles and platform features
- Handle complaints professionally and find solutions
- Document common issues and provide feedback to the team
Schedule:
- Shift-based schedule including weekends
- Flexible working hours with work-from-home option
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken Urdu and English
- Fast typing skills and comfortable with computers
- Patient, friendly, and professional attitude
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of motorcycles is beneficial but not required
