If you choose to purchase premium features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Byke Lelo Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Byke Lelo Content"), is the property of Byke Lelo or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website
• Any conduct or content of any user or third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data
• Any transactions or dealings between users
• Fraudulent or illegal activities by users

IN NO EVENT SHALL BYKE LELO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO BYKE LELO IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR PKR 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Byke Lelo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

15. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute with another user, you agree to resolve it directly with that user. Byke Lelo is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between users.

If you have a dispute with Byke Lelo, you agree to first contact us at support@bykelelo.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

18. Modifications to Terms

Byke Lelo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Website after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Website.
